Terms & Conditions
Plain-language rental conditions. If anything is unclear, ask us before you book.
1. Driver requirements
The main driver must be at least 21 years old (25 for premium categories) and have held a valid driving licence for a minimum of two years. Non-EU licences should be accompanied by an International Driving Permit. A valid passport or ID is required at pick-up.
2. Deposit
A refundable security deposit is blocked or collected at pick-up and returned in full when the car is handed back in the same condition. The amount depends on the vehicle and is shown on every car page before you book.
3. Insurance
All rentals include collision damage waiver, theft protection and third-party liability with a standard excess. The excess can be reduced to zero by adding Full Protection during booking. Damage to tyres, glass and the underbody is covered only with Full Protection.
4. Fuel policy
Cars are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full. If the tank is not full on return, we charge the missing fuel at the local pump price plus a small handling fee.
5. Mileage
Unlimited kilometres are included on all rentals within Montenegro.
6. Cross-border travel
Taking the vehicle outside Montenegro requires prior approval and the cross-border permit extra, which covers green card insurance. Travel to Kosovo is not permitted.
7. Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. As we take no prepayment, there is nothing to refund. No-shows may be charged one rental day.
8. Traffic fines and tolls
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets and toll charges incurred during the rental period, plus an administrative handling fee if we process them on your behalf.
9. Breakdown and accidents
In case of an accident, call the police (122) and then our 24/7 line. A police report is required for any insurance claim.
