When you make a reservation we collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence and driver age. At pick-up we additionally verify your driving licence and identity document.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to prepare and manage your rental contract, to contact you about your booking, and to comply with Montenegrin rental and tax legislation.
Who can see it
Your data is accessible only to our own staff and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Insurance partners receive data only when a claim is filed.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for the period required by local accounting law and then deleted. Contact-form messages are removed once your enquiry is resolved.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
