Question 1

Do I need a credit card to rent a car?

Accepted Answer

No. We accept cash and cards at pick-up, and the refundable deposit can be left in cash. A credit card simply makes the deposit faster to return.

Question 2

Is airport delivery really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for Podgorica airport we meet you in arrivals at no extra cost, including night flights. As for the Tivat airport you need to make a request upon booking. Remote locations may carry a small delivery fee shown during booking.

Question 3

What insurance is included?

Accepted Answer

Every rental includes CDW (collision damage waiver), theft protection and third-party liability. You can reduce the excess to zero with our Full Protection extra.

Question 4

Is mileage limited?

Accepted Answer

No. All rentals include unlimited kilometres anywhere in Montenegro.

Question 5

What is the minimum driver age?

Accepted Answer

21 for most cars and 25 for premium models. You also need to have held your licence for at least two years.

Question 6

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. Since we take no prepayment, there is nothing to refund.

Question 7

What fuel policy do you use?

Accepted Answer

Same-to-same: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. No refuelling service charges.

Question 8

What documents do I need for cross-border travel?

Accepted Answer

A valid passport or ID card, your national driving licence, and the vehicle's green card. We prepare the green card and cross-border paperwork for you; just tell us your planned route when booking.

Question 9

Which countries are covered by the cross-border permit?

Accepted Answer

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia are normally covered. Other countries may be possible on request, but not all vehicles can travel everywhere — ask us when booking.

Question 10

Are there any limitations I should know about?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some rental cars cannot be driven off paved roads, and travel to certain countries or regions may be restricted by our insurer. We also ask that you tell us your full itinerary in advance so the correct insurance is in place.
